INSIDE THE HOME
The main floor of this cabin has a lovely living room, cozy den, bright kitchen and spacious dining area. Off the den, guests will find a patio with built-in hot tub, BBQ and outdoor lounge chairs. Upstairs, you will find all three bedrooms and a games area on the landing with a sitting area to unwind, an arcade, and board games! The primary suite is enormous and boasts a private sitting room and a spacious, five-piece ensuite. The second bedroom features a queen bed, dresser and decorated with charming cottage decor. And the third bedroom has a bunk bed, twin bed and comfortable queen bed.

Located in the beautiful Tahoe Donner neighborhood, guests can easily access the Tahoe Donner Ski Resort, Tahoe Donner Golf Course and have access to the Tahoe Donner Association’s clubhouse. Both Donner Lake and Lake Tahoe are nearby, and you can visit charming historic downtown Truckee. Whether you are looking for a place to relax and unwind or a place to explore and adventure, this property is the perfect place to call home during your stay!

- In the winter, snow tires and 4WD/AWD are required. If your car is not equipped with both, please be sure to have chains, this home has a steep driveway.
- We are in a rural part of America, where Google Maps is not always reliable. VRBO uses Google to generate the 'Explore the Area'. Do not rely on this map as it's not accurate.
- Outdoor furniture and grills may not be available November-May.
- The two-car garage also comes equipped with an EV Charger for guest use.
Each eligible property is issued 6 guest cards to access the recreation amenities available in Tahoe Donner Association.  Guests that fail to leave all 6 guest cards in the home after checkout will be subject to a $100 fine per missing card. Children under the age of 3 are free.  

Full Terms & Conditions supplied upon booking and completion of signatures on the Booking Confirmation/Rental Agreement contract required for booking to be confirmed, must be signed within 24 hours of creating the reservation.
