This floor is served by a shower with WC and a separate WC.

On the upper floor, a second living and dining area with a satellite TV provides additional communal space. This floor contains 2 bedrooms: one with a french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and another with a french bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length.
