Private Pool Villa Greta

Villa Greta is a lovely private pool villa sitting on the hill in Koyunbaba Bay, 10 minutes' downhill walk from the seafront and 15 mins walk to nearest supermarket, bakery and restaurant. If you wish to travel to nearby Gümüşluk it is a 10 minute drive or Yalıkavak in the opposite direction is 15minutes. The relaxed, picturesque resort of Gumuşluk has a good selection of waterfront tavernas and a couple of shops, all centred around its quaint beach and harbour, whilst Yalıkavak is renound for its world class Palmarina and luxury designer shops.

The villa has a private swimming pool and wonderful views over the hillside towards the sea from first floor balcony. There is WiFi and air conditioning.

The inviting swimming pool is surrounded by a stone patio and grass lawn, offering space to unwind and admire the views. There are sunbeds for soaking up some sun, as well as a comfortable seating area - great for relaxing with a good book. The outdoor dining area is under the shaded terrace , perfect for those delicious meals cooked on the BBQ.

The bright and airy living space is open plan in style, with comfortable sofa, a flat screen TV , the kitchen is seperate but no doors between the 2 so gives an open plan feel. Patio doors open out to the pool terrace and create a sociable space for everyone to relax. The kitchen is well equipped for your holiday meal

Villa Greta has 3 bedrooms – all double bedrooms (one of which is ensuite). Two double bedrooms both have sea views whilst the remaining double bedroom overlooks the garden. All bedrooms are well-furnished, comfortable and have storage space. There are 3 bathrooms in total.
