The Space:
Nestled in the heart of Liverpool's historic Georgian Quarter, Catharine Quarters is the ideal accommodation for friends' holidays, family getaways, and business trips alike! Boasting three separate apartments within the same building, all available under one listing and welcoming 18 guests in total, each apartment in Catharine Quarters accommodates up to six guests.
Each unit offers an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area. Each living room is fitted with a large Smart TV and a sofa bed that converts into a double bed, sleeping two guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a delicious meal, including a microwave, kettle, coffee machine with milk frother, oven, and more.
You'll also have access to a spotless bathroom in every apartment, all featuring a shower over a standard-sized bath, WC, and washbasin.
The bedrooms provide the perfect place to unwind after a long day of exploring. Each apartment has a similar layout, offering two bedrooms – one with a king-size bed and a desk for work or vanity use, and the other with a double bed. Five out of the six bedrooms are fitted with a large Smart TV for your entertainment.
The wooden flooring, elegant furniture, beautiful artwork, and high-quality appliances add to the property's sophisticated and modern aesthetic, creating a harmonious ambience.
Guest Access:
Guests have full access to Catharine Quarters. We provide a self-check-in service with a key safe and a keypad door lock system, with full details shared shortly before your arrival.
The first apartment is on the first floor, the second on the second floor, and the third on the third floor. All are accessible only by stairs. Please note that the units are not internally connected but can be accessed via a shared communal staircase within the building.
The apartments are within a residential area, as such these are not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.
We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.
A total of three parking permits for on-street parking are provided for your stay, allowing parking for three vehicles. Please ensure the permits are left at the property upon checkout to avoid penalty fines.
This dog friendly accommodation welcomes one furry companion in each apartment. To ensure your pet’s comfort, kindly inform us in advance so we can make the necessary preparations. Please note, only dogs are permitted.
A baby cot and high chair are available on request. Please send the request upon booking to ensure we can prepare one for your stay. A minimum of 48 hours' notice should be given.
