Climb the stairs to the first floor and be welcomed by the spacious open-plan living area inviting you to relax and enjoy the stunning views of Dartmouth, as well as the tranquil river stretching towards the Greenway Estate, once home to Agatha Christie. Parking

Unfortunately there is no parking with this property. On street parking is available close by on Lower Contour Road (restrictions apply) or alternatively Higher Contour Road (no restrictions). There is also a pay and display car park at the nearby Darthaven Marina.

The property is accessed by foot up a single track lane to the property boundary where you then approach Pentre via a sloping path and steps leading up to the property. It is therefore not suitable for guests with limited mobility.
The wood burning stove is not to be used
The property is not suitable for guests who have a dog allergy
