Skyline Apartment

We present Skyline Apartment, a functional and modern studio just a few steps from the Mestre train station and about 10 minutes from the beautiful Venice. Equipped with a huge and breathtaking terrace which offers a fantastic view over the rooftops of the entire city, our studio was recently renovated, and now it's an ideal solution to spend a memorable and carefree holiday in one of the most particular and unique places in the world.

Our accomodation, full of design and modern spaces will offer you all the necessary comforts during a holiday full of relaxation and fun. An example is the sturdy king size sofa bed with the mattress increased to 18 centimeters to ensure excellent rest even for customers with back problems. We also have a fully equipped kitchen, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and various utensils. The bathroom is equipped with a bidet, washing machine, large shower cubicle, hairdryer, soap and shampoo. In addition to everything listed above, you will find the 32-inch Smart TV with Amazon Prime Video, FREE WI-FI throughout the hotel, air conditioning and heating.

The price of the accommodation includes all the primary services such as coffee, sugar, toilet paper, soap, dishwashing detergent, bed linen, blankets, and a set of 3 clean towels per person of various sizes. We want to emphasize that in case of need, we can also provide totally free parking reachable in a few minutes by car, but it should to be requested during the booking process. Upon the arrival of each customer will be asked for a valid ID.

Please remember that the tourist tax of 4 euros per person per night for the first 5 nights must be paid on the day of arrival at the flat in cash.

Outside the flat there is a security camera used to protect the property and monitor the entrance and number of guests.
