As I mentioned, this is a very good location. Price was little higher than what I expected, but overall was pretty good.

I have booked this place only due to it was described as having free parking which is not true. I know it is hotels.com who is making a mistake by promising something that it is not true but you have to take some responsibility because you work with them and checkmyguest.fr has totally ignored our request for help. The apartment is well located. It is cold and the only heater upstairs cannot get the temperature in the house above 19 degrees so those sleeping upstairs will freeze. It was dirty when we arrived as there was crumbs of bread on the table. The bed was comfortable. We chose this place merely for the parking and without the parking we would have chosen another place.

AC inoperative.

Both AC units were inoperative when we arrived on Thursday night. I called the management company and they assured me they would have someone out to repair it in Friday. They also sent a video on how to operate it thermostat. I travel worldwide every month so operating the thermostat was not the problem. When we left Sunday morning the AC was still inoperative. The place was clean and nice for 2 people. Area was nice also.

Absolutely do not stay here The basement is the main bedroom. It is like sleeping in a hot swamp. They falsely advertise the amenities of the property. If you get through to someone by phone, they will tell you something will be fixed or they will get back to you, but they will not. You can email them and call them till you’re blue in the face and nothing will happen. The air conditioning does not work. The house fan does not work. The cleaning people will enter to enter the property while you are still there. Without knocking they just walk in.I cannot emphasize enough do not stay here!

Great but....

The apartment was in a great location and beautifully decorated - easy access to taxi, metro, restaurants and Notre Dame, looks like brand new IKEA. But, the pictures are misleading. Even though it says its a king bed, its actually 2 twins pushed together. Newly rehabed but the first floor of the apartment is on the street level (felt safe); which had a sitting area, kitchenette, and full bath. To get to the bedroom you had to take the steep narrow stairs (19 in all) with different sizes and heights, and no handrail. The big shower (without toilet) is located in the basement but it does not have a shower door and water leaked and stayed during our entire stay, due to this we didn't use the 2nd bathroom adjacent to the bedroom. So to use the bathroom in the middle of the night you have to walk up the steps. We received 2 bath towels and 2 hand towels for 4 nights; when we asked for more they said that's it. No top bed sheet, just a comforter. There was no cellular service in the basement. Two different wi-fi networks were needed. One for upstairs and one for downstairs. We had to call to get them as we didn't receive the welcome email and no directions were left.The rooms were either damp or too hot. Additionally, in case of an emergency, there is no second exit from the basement bedroom and no way to call out using cellular.

Delizioso appartamento a due passi da Notre Dame e dalle maggiori fermate di metro e autobus. Nelle vicinanze anche diversi supermercati, negozi di ogni genere, ristoranti per tutti i gusti e le tasche. Fornito di tutto l'essenziale, anche 2 docce e 2 asciugacapelli. Abbiamo avuto un pò di difficoltà a riscaldare il piano sopra perchè fuori faceva molto freddo e c'è solo un piccolo radiatore. Il piano sotto è accessibile solo con scale, non de tutto comode. Nel complesso, siamo stati molto bene.
