This charming 60m² one-bedroom apartment offers the perfect retreat for families and friends looking for a memorable stay. Situated on the 3rd floor and accessible by a lift, the space is thoughtfully designed to provide both comfort and convenience.
The apartment features an open floor plan with a bright and inviting living area. A comfortable double sofa bed, a TV, and a dining table for four create a relaxing atmosphere for unwinding after a day of exploring.
The fully equipped kitchenette includes everything needed to prepare delicious meals, from a stove and oven to a microwave and essential cookware.
The tranquil bedroom is furnished with a plush double bed dressed in hotel-quality linens, ensuring a restful night's sleep.
The bathroom is well-appointed with all the essentials, including fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, ensuring a pleasant stay for every guest.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

This district blends traditional Portuguese architecture with modern vibrancy, making it an attractive spot for both locals and visitors. The street is well-connected, with several bus lines, offering easy access to other parts of the city.
One of the most notable landmarks nearby is Casa da Música, which is just around 500 meters from the address. This renowned concert hall is not only a centre for classical and contemporary music performances but also serves as a cultural hub with exhibitions, events, and a variety of activities throughout the year. A short walk further brings you to the Boavista Roundabout (Rotunda da Boavista), a key urban space that offers a blend of modern architecture and greenery, providing a great spot for relaxation and people-watching. Near the roundabout, you’ll find the Monumento aos Heróis da Guerra Peninsular, a historical monument dedicated to the heroes of the Peninsular War, adding a sense of history to the area.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
