Excellent, brand new apartment with two bedrooms and a large bathroom, in the city center, with air conditioning, quiet, very comfortable and welcoming, with modern decor, fully equipped, with plenty of natural light. Free outdoor parking.
Well located in the center of Porto, close to all the city's tourist attractions.
With public transportation to the airport, beaches and other cities.
The apartment is located 5 minutes from the "24 de Agosto" metro station, with connections to the airport and the entire city of Porto, Vila Nova de Gaia and Matosinhos.
No car is necessary. You can visit the entire city on foot. Located 10 minutes from the Blue Flag beaches.
The apartment is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi internet and international television channels.
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, plates, glasses, and cooking pots, etc.
Two spacious bathrooms, each with a shower and hairdryer.
The room has a dining area, a sofa, and a Smart LED TV.
The rooms have a wardrobe, a bed with a very comfortable mattress (1.40 x 1.90 meters), and an iron.

Very good location for Campanã station which was why we chose it. Careful when directing Ubers to it as the road is split into two parts and Inert thinks it's in the 'other' bit of the road.

Pestana is a newer apartment in a great place to stay in Lisbon, and Leo was a very responsive host.

Our host, Leo, was wonderful to communicate with. The apartment was super clean and the kitchen was stocked with all needed items for cooking. The location is perfect. About a 15-20 minute walk puts you in the heart of the historic center.

Great stay!

Great spacious apartment just above Porto centre, perfect location, easy to walk everywhere and access to transports. Also easy free street parking in the area. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay there ago shall we come back to Porto! Thank you!!

Great base for day trips

Quiet location with free parking on side street. Some construction nearby but not too bothersome. Proximity to train station is ideal. Lots of markets and cafes. Host was EXCELLENT! UBER and BOLT service is also great!

good location in Bonfim and very good and well equipped appartment. Only the terrace could have been made more invitng to sit there. And the ongoing construction work nearby was a bit disturbing in the mornings.

Conveniently place just outside Porto Old Town

We stayed here for a few days while visiting Porto. The host was excellent and responsive, and the apartment itself was clean and convenient. Only complaint is that my partner was occasionally uncomfortable with the presence of some apparently homeless people nearby, but they kept to themselves and did not bother us.

Perfect in every way!

Wonderful location, great property. E host thought of everything we would need, greeted us at the apartment, did a personalized tour of the property, and provided a map with directions for grocery stores, restaurants, and things to do/see. Not only was the property fantastic, so was the host! Highly recommended!

Comfortable and very welcoming

The apartment is conveniently located, in walking distance to shops and the town center. The rental agent, Leo, welcomed us in person and provided many useful tips. We appreciated this a lot. The flat is fitted out very well.

Great stay in Porto!!

We enjoyed every minute. Leonardo, our host, was friendly and helpful at all times. Whenever we had a question, he responded straight away. He gave tips for restaurants, sightseeing spots, which were excellent. The flat is modern and comfortable. We denifinitively recommend this accomodation.

Pleasant Stay in Porto

A clean modern apartment made for a very comfortable 4 days in Porto. Apartment is about 1.5 miles from historic old town. For my husband and I (70 and 75 years old) it was not a problem because we are walkers/hikers and enjoyed it. I would not hesitate to recommend this place Leonardo the owner or manager was very responsive and helpful.
