Located a few steps from the beating heart of the town and a short distance from the enchanting beaches, it offers the perfect combination of city life and maritime relaxation.
The apartment is located on the second floor (without lift) of a small condominium and is composed of a living room with kitchenette and access to the terrace equipped with a bench for two, a double bedroom, a bedroom with a single bed and a pull-out bed, two modern bathrooms (one without a bidet), a parking space in a garage, washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning and wifi.
The apartment is located in a strategic position for both the sea and the center but remains in a secondary street away from the chaos of the nightlife.
