The apartment is in an enviable position to spend your holidays in Castiglione della Pescaia on the Tuscany coast: 100 meters from the seafront and from the equipped beaches and 400 meters from the historic center with its bars, restaurants and shops. The apartment has just been renovated and consists of a living room, kitchen and 3 bedrooms, but its highlight is a panoramic roof terrace of more than 100 square meters, with a view over the sea and the Castle of Castiglione della Pescaia.



The 115 sqm apartment lies on the second floor and consists of a large living room with balcony, three bedrooms (one double room with balcony and two bedrooms with two single beds) and can accommodate a total of 6 guests. On the same floor there is also the kitchen, the dining area and a bathroom with shower.

An internal staircase leads to the large exclusive terrace (105 sqm), the highlight that characterizes and distinguishes this apartment from all those around it. From here you can enjoy absolute privacy and, at the same time, have a breathtaking view. The terrace is equipped with a 'gazebo' for the shade, a wooden table and chairs for 8 people and two deckchairs for sunbathing. This terrace in the summer becomes the outdoor living room of the house.



This apartment is suitable for all guests looking for a holiday home in a privileged position, a stone's throw from the sea, but who do not disdain to enjoy the sun in the privacy of a large and well-equipped terrace with sea view, far from the crowds.



Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment and to the roof top terrace.



We are always at your service to solve eventual problems, but also to give you advice to make your holiday perfect: great beaches, excellent restaurants, interesting excursions, sightseeings ...



Bed linen and towels are not included in the price.

They can be rented at a cost of € 20.00 per person and at any requested change.



The cost of final cleaning is € 130.00, to be paid locally on arrival.

Wunderbarer Urlaub in einer tolle Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung hat wirklich eine auszeichnete Lage, denn alles war Fu&szligl&aumlufig erreichbar. Die Wohnung selbst ist einfach gehalten, aber die eigene riesige Dachterrasse ist ein wirkliches Highlight. Hervorragend war der Service von Maremmalink. Alle Fragen und Schwierigkeiten konnten wir auf deutsch kl&aumlren und vor Ort war Englisch kein Problem. Uns wurde sogar einmal abends noch der Zweitschl&uumlssel von Nicoletta gebracht, nachdem wir uns aus der Wohnung ausgeschlossen hatten. Herzlichen Dank f&uumlr den super Service!

Ältere aber sehr gepflegte Wohnung mit großer Dachterrasse, die in Richtung Westen besser beschattet werden sollte. Es war unglaublich heiß!Wir waren als Familie zu fünft, und alles hat gepasst. Spacious and clean three-bedroom appartment with well equiped kitchen, two balconies, and a roof top terrace. There was airconditioning in all rooms. 2 minutes walk from the sea and 10 minutes from the town center. Road side parking with no problems finding a space mid July. The roof top terrace is very large, suitable for children to hang out, with superb view of the castle and some view of the sea. The roof top terrace had a pergola sunshade, a large table with 8 chairs, and two old sun chairs, but has much more potential by for example by adding some new sunbeds, more sunshade, plants, and a lounge (chairs, tables and sofa).

Megagute Lage, sehr ruhig im Oktober, geräumig, gute Betten. sehr tolle Dachterrasse. Nicholetta und Jens sind beide äusserst zuvorkommend, flexibel und freundlich. Oleander auf der Dachterrasse pflegen, 2 Liegestühle verfügbar haben, die benutzbar sind (der eine war ziemlich verrostet), bei den Stühlen waren alle bereits irgendwo angeschlagen/kaputt. Sitzkissen würden auch eine etwas gemütlichere Atmosphäre verbereiten auf der ansponsten genialen Dachterrase (sonne von morgens früh bis Sonnenuntergang, Sicht aufs Meer!).

ottimo alloggio in posizione strategica (attaccato al mare e vicino al centro). Non è difficile trovare un parcheggio per l auto nelle vicinanze della appartamento. La terrazza e probabilmente il punto che più abbiamo apprezzato ed utilizzato. lo consiglio.

Excellent location

The close proximity to the beach made our stay fantastic. Also the nearness to town and the shops and restaurants was very helpful.We took day trips to Rome, Florence and Siena. But best of all is the rooftop terrace. We loved our stay.

What a fantastic apartment. Beautifully decorated, very welcoming and helpful hosts and the most perfect location. Just a short walk to the beach and right beside shops and restaurants. The town itself is amazing. We will hopefully be back next year.

Top Lage und SEHR Hundefreundlich in der ganzen Umgebung. Sehr nette Begrüssung und Willkommens Geschenk. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Die Terrasse war wirklich ein Highlight und TOP für unsere Hunde und uns, somit konnten wir auch dort gut Zeit verbringen mit Meerblick.

Die Wohnung befindet nur ca.100m vom Meer. Von der grossen Terrasse hat man rundum Sicht auch aufs Meer. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Über Geschirrspüler zu Waschmaschine Mixer Toaster Föhn alles ist vorhanden. wir haben oft gekocht auf dem super Gasherd Das Doppelbett ist sehr bequem auch die single Betten, diese sind etwas schmal . Es gibt zwar rundum Straßen die aber nicht gross befahren sind in der Nacht ist es sehr ruhig. Die Gegend ist sicher und Castiglione ein wunderschönes Dorf. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Beim Preis-Leistungsverhältnis habe ich 4 von 5 Sternen gegeben weil ich allgemein finde die Airbnb Preise haben sich in den letzten Jahren zu stark erhöht . Danke dir Jens und allen anderen.

Tolle Wohnung, tolle Lage!

Eine Tolle Wohnung in einer sehr guten Lage. Alles in der Nähe was man im Urlaub braucht. Überkomplett ausgestattet! Das Highlight: die Dachterasse Leider nur Italienisches Fernsehen, im Herbst mit Kindern etwas unglücklich! Aber trotzdem sehr zu empfehlen!

Apartment with splendid roof terrace

Lovely and very well equipped apartment with splendid roof terrace in prime location of Castiglione. Walking distance to city center and local beach. The building would bear some repainting and repair work at some point but still fine.
