A welcoming ground-floor escape just 12 km from the Baltic shoreline, this stylish apartment is tailor-made for couples or small families. The ceramic-hob kitchen is stocked for effortless cooking, with a coffee machine, microwave, and dishwasher for modern convenience. The cozy living/dining space invites laid-back lounging with satellite TV, a warm gas fireplace, and a sleek dining area.

Two double bedrooms (160 × 200 cm) provide restful retreats, paired with a contemporary bathroom featuring a shower, hairdryer, and central heating. A separate toilet ensures added comfort, while air conditioning keeps things cool during summer stays. Step outside to enjoy two terraces—the perfect spots to bask in the sun, dine al fresco, or relax on the loungers.

Located steps from boating and swimming (5 m!), and just minutes from restaurants (200 m) and shops (500 m), this property blends serenity with convenience. The included laundry package, roof terrace, and playful garden vibe round out a well-equipped stay for mellow holiday moments.
The interior of the accommodation can differ slightly from the pictures. However, the level of comfort is as described It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Non smoking accommodation. not suitable for people with reduced mobility. The houseboat has no motor and is firmly attached to the jetty. No pets allowed.

We stayed at the Hausboot am Saaler Bodden for a long weekend, and it was just what we needed, The place was super cozy, and the gas fireplace made evenings so nice, The two terraces were perfect for soaking up the sun, I loved how spacious it felt for just the four of us, Plus, the kitchen had everything we needed to whip up some meals, Ribnitz-Damgarten is a cute little town with nice restaurants nearby, The only thing was that the WiFi was a bit slow at times, but honestly, we didn't mind unplugging a bit, Would totally come back!

Das Boot entsprach nicht den Bildern bzw. der dort abgebildeten Kategorie. Der Kamin wurde als inklusive angegeben, musste dann aber vor Ort zugebucht werden.Insgesamt schöne Gegend angenehmes Boot aber zu teuer.

Bilder in der Anzeige entsprachen nicht der gebuchten Kategorie.Kamin wurde als inklusive inseriert, musste aber zugebucht werden.Fenster waren dreckig und seit Monaten nicht geputzt.Tische innen waren ebenfalls nicht sauber.Keine Auflagen für die Liegen auf dem Dach, kein Elektrogrill vor Ort.Tolle Lage, sehr gute Klimaanlage mit der auch gut geheizt werden konnte.
