Villa Riviera is an elegant, recently renovated residence (year 2023), located on the picturesque Pescara Riviera, strategically positioned a few steps from the sea and immersed in the tranquillity of its own private pine forest. The property has been designed to offer a comfortable and relaxing stay, combining modern and elegant surroundings with the tranquillity of nature and the immediate vicinity to the Adriatic Sea.



The villa is only 10 metres from the beach, which is easily accessible on foot, and is close to the main beach resorts such as Il Moro, Acapulco and Penelope Beach. Supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies and public transport are available within a short distance. The centre of Pescara is easily reached by an electric bus that stops 50 metres from the villa and provides connections every 10 minutes, taking guests to the heart of the city in just a few minutes.



The unit is located on the first floor and consists of two spacious and finely furnished bedrooms, a large living room with dining area, sofa bed and 49-inch SMART TV, a fully equipped modern kitchen and a renovated en-suite bathroom with fine finishes. The property is completed by two habitable balconies, ideal for outdoor dining, a private pine forest and a reserved parking space directly under the house. (subject to availability).



Villa Riviera can accommodate up to 4/5 people, making it the ideal solution for families or small groups. The property has parquet flooring in all rooms, independent hot/cold air conditioning in every room, Wi-Fi connection available on request, and direct access to the private park and pine forest.

If you’re going to Pescara, this is the place to stay! Beautiful, clean, modern apartment with a prime location and gorgeous building and private tree grove. We stayed with our two young kids and the walk to the beach was a breeze, as was everything else. The rooms are well-appointed and modern; no weird old building “quirks” here. And communicating with our hosts was easy and pleasant; they even brought us a surprise platter of croissants one morning! We wished we had more time in Pescara, in large part because the apartment was so fabulous. Sipping prosecco on the balcony while our kids enjoyed the private forest after a fun day at the beach? Literally the stuff of dreams. Book it! You won’t regret it.

Until recently, these flats were inhabited directly by the owners, who resided there for many years.
