A beautiful and very spacious apartment in a prime location in Pescara, in the Porta Nuova neighborhood near the stadium; it offers a stunning view of the D’Annunzio Pine Forest and is just 500 meters from the sea (with numerous well-equipped beaches); The apartment is near the university and all city amenities, with a stop for bus 10 right outside the building (which takes you to downtown in less than 10 minutes); an assigned parking space is available in the building’s common area. Near the Tribunale and Porta Nuova stations

The space is meticulously maintained, with modern furnishings. Very large and comfortable rooms. All kitchen and bathroom amenities are provided, along with Wi-Fi, a coffee maker, and packaged breakfast items.

Guests have access to the apartment and all common areas; they will have exclusive use of the bathroom and bedroom

There are several special agreements with local restaurants and bars where you can enjoy excellent Italian food at discounted prices. Please note that additional fees may apply if you require all single rooms and do not book the entire apartment (rate for 7 people).

Great Stay!

Had an amazing time in Pescara. We booked this place as it was a short distance away from visiting family in Manopello. The apartment was very clean, and convenient to the grocery store and some local restaurants.

Excellent place to stay

Nice place to stay! A lot of space, supermarket and night-food-truck in front of the door, coastline just a few meters away. They also provide a lot of info-material and a variety of basic food & drinks like coffee and cookies. We enjoyed our stay, warmly recommended.

Fabulous stay in Pescara

We stayed as a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 children under 10) for a week at the end of October. We had backpacks only and the apartments' location meant that the beach was less than a 10 minute walk and the bus into the city was right outside. Manuel was a fantastic host that helped us whenever we need help or advise. His responses were prompt too. Other than cleaning the shower ourselves, the apartment was perfect for our needs.

Travelers, be warned! This property is in dire need of maintenance. Considering the higher price point, these other reviews seem suspiciously positive. The apartment was spacious, and the host was friendly and provided recommendations for local restaurants. However, the quality of the accommodations fell far short of our expectations. We had booked three nights but only managed to stay one. We would have left immediately if not for our family of six, including children, who arrived late on a flight and couldn’t find alternative accommodation until the next day.The shower and walls were moldy, and the towels and sheets were scratchy, stained, and dirty. The bath mats were equally grimy, and the kitchen towels and sponges were also filthy. There was clutter throughout. The apartment desperately needed a thorough cleaning, new linens and towels, and at the very least, a new couch that was dirty and torn. The host dismisses our review as mere opinion but I have left some photos for you to form your own judgment. In the rooms that typically do not have air conditioning, the fans were filthy. The host refused to refund us, citing both their policy and VRBO’s policy, so be cautious when booking this property. We were fortunate to find another apartment to book for the remainder of our trip which was very clean and comfortable.

You initially told us that you did not want a refund and that we could keep the payment to make further improvements to the apartment. However, you later changed your mind without any clear explanation. In our opinion, there were other reasons for your decision to leave that were unrelated to the issues you described in your review. The sofa is made of genuine leather, so some natural signs of wear are to be expected. Nevertheless, it has been professionally cleaned and refurbished. The bed linens and bath towels were replaced last year. While frequent washing may cause white fabrics to become slightly less bright over time, they were all thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. The hand towels were also clean and disinfected. We are honestly unsure which apartment your comments refer to, as they do not reflect the condition of our property. Our consistently positive reviews are a result of the high standards we maintain.During your stay, you did not raise any concerns. You mentioned that you were only using the apartment to sleep, and you arrived with plenty of time to find alternative accommodation if you had been genuinely dissatisfied. Instead, you decided to leave the following day, citing reasons that we believe were minor and could have been discussed with us. Regarding the mold you mentioned, there was only a very small amount of mildew in the shower area, which can occasionally develop due to humidity. However, the shower had been thoroughly cleaned and disinfected.

We are very sorry for the not fully positive experience despite no complaints or negative feedback during the stay in which case we would have tried to provide support. In any case, we would like to point out that all appliances are fairly new, none are very old; there is plenty of free parking around the property and in particular there is a huge car park with hundreds of free parking spaces about 4 minutes walk away. Regarding the dirtiness, we were only informed of it after the stay was over and after the review that it had only been spotted under the sofa, we would have immediately intervened with an extraordinary cleaning if it had been reported to us in good time. We hope to be able to satisfy you better on your next visit!

Wonderful stay in Pescara

November 2022 We stayed at this apartment in Pescara and must say how wonderful of an experience we had. The apartment was quite spacious, very clean, and centrally located in regards to all the areas we were visiting and the family we went to visit! The fact that we were able to take advantage of the washer and dryer (yay!!!!!) was such an added bonus! It is very close to the seashore, (maybe a simple 5 minutes walk) supermarkets and so many more entertainment places! We look forward to visiting family again in Pescara and will try to book this apartment again, for sure! The host was very prompt and accommodating with answering our questions. Great hosts! To all reading this review…..You will not be disappointed Umberto C. and Maria K.

Excellent apartment, highly recommend it

This is a fantastic apartment, especially for a long stay (we stayed there for 4 weeks). It has everything you need to be a 'home away from home' and is in a very central location. Plenty of places to eat in the area, and staying in Pescara makes it very easy to drive to places such as Vasto, Caraminico Terme etc. The apartment is exceptionally clean and the owners very helpful and lovely. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Viaggio in famiglia

Appartamento molto comodo e spazioso, in cinque adulti e con una lattante di 7 mesi ci siamo trovati benissimo: avere ognuno i propri spazi e un lettino a disposizione è stato determinante per noi. Pulizia impeccabile e comunicazione puntuale.
