Set in the grounds of the stunning Woolston Estate, the Coach House is a historic building with beautiful arched windows, comfortable living space with spacious bedrooms and large south facing sheltered terrace. The perfect location for a tranquil retreat in the heart of rural Devon whilst ideally situated for exploring both the coast and Dartmoor.
Walk down the path and steps to the front door and enter the hallway. This ground floor property has a master bedroom on the left hand side by the front entrance plus a wardrobe and chest of drawers for storage. Next is the first of two twin bedrooms with similar storage and views from the beautiful arched windows. Straight ahead is the bathroom with shower over with the open plan living area to the left and ahead with full kitchen and dining area.
From the living room exit into the enclosed patio garden with dining table and seating for six people. There is additional garden behind the property accessible from the parking area next to the entrance down to the front door.
Parking for two cars is available at the entrance.
This property is managed by Ali from Field and Beach Property Management on behalf of Brigitte and her family. Ali is on hand to help with any enquiries you may have or any local recommendations you would like to have!
THE GOOD HOUSEKEEPING BOND
As per our listing details, we operate using a Good Housekeeping Bond and whilst we do not take a physical deposit, we have up to 14 days after departure to charge for any additional cleaning or damages caused during your stay and not reported. We understand that accidents can happen so please let us know if you have anything to report before your departure. Thank you
- Parties are strictly prohibited this is a quiet residential area not suitable for events
- Extra guests are not allowed unless previously authorised
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property
- We do not allow the use of candles ethanol burners or any other naked flame items. This is a safety precaution to help us prevent a fire starting in the home
- Respect for neighbours is highly appreciated. Please keep the noise down especially after 10pm
- It is not permitted to charge electric vehicles using the property's electricity supply.
