Located in a safe and familiar area in Manerba del Garda (BS) within the private village Heliopolis, the new modern Villa Ulivi artistically cared for in detail is divided into 3 apartments with a suggestively illuminated private fenced garden and swimming pool available to the 3 units.
The new three-room apartment on the first floor N° 3 (up to 5 people) has 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower, living room with sofa bed for 2 people (width 1.60 m), kitchen with washing machine, oven, dishwasher, balcony with lake view, sofa and dining area, air conditioning/heating, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, barbecue, safe, covered car park.
Access to the lake is direct and can be reached in 5 minutes on foot (private path) and on the beach you can use (free) a pier, canoes, SUP, deckchairs. The tennis court (free) is 200 meters from the house.
