Two-room apartment located at the Residence La Casara, 5 minutes\' walk from the historic centre of Lazise and the lakefront. The residence has a large swimming pool surrounded by a comfortable green area with sun loungers (swimming cap mandatory - guaranteed opening period 15/05-30/09).

The comfortable 65 sq.m. Sissi House apartment is located on the first floor and offers a spacious covered terrace, equipped with a sun awning, with views of the surrounding greenery and the swimming pool. The terrace is furnished with a table and chairs where you can relax or have an aperitif at the end of a day discovering the beauty of Lake Garda.

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchenette with an induction hob, microwave oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, German coffee machine, fridge with freezer, small worktop that can be used as a table for two people. There is no dining table in the living room, but on cooler days it is possible to use the table on the terrace also inside the apartment. Comfortable sofa bed (recommended for one adult or two children). Satellite TV, wifi and air conditioning available for guests. The sleeping area consists of a modern double bedroom with a large wardrobe and a retractable single bed. Windowed bathroom with shower cubicle, hairdryer and washing machine available for guests. A convenient reserved parking space in the garage 205x235 cm. Non-smoking apartment. Pets not allowed.



Special Regarda: wine tasting in a typical local winery included in the price!



The final price is made up of:

- RENTAL FEE paid directly to the owner, on whose behalf Regarda acts

- GUEST SERVICES (check-in, check-out, sheets, towels, courtesy line, on-site assistance, professional cleaning, booking management, commission paid by the host to the portal, correspondence etc.) offered by Regarda Travel to the tenant.

Had a fantastic time

We had a fantastic time .. the hosts were helpful and really quick to respond . We loved the pool . It was clean and spacious set in tranquil location with easy access to the town and amenities. Lots of towels and linen provided . Just needed instructions on the cooker and oven Just needed a light at the top of the stairs

Perfectly located appartment in quiet green area and close to Lazise old town

Good mattress, nice swimming pool, good airconditioning, nice view from balcony, perfect location, enough kitchen equipment, dishwasher, washing machine, good atmosphere. Very content! The shower is a bit small and the rainshower did not work. The garbage removal was a bit of a hassle.

Awesome, would love to come again!

The property is cosy, comfortable and thought through. We loved the extras like sandwich grill and the capsule coffee maker. There was a lot of storage space in the bedroom and the bathroom. The balcony was superb and had nice furniture and pillows. The pool was well kept and not crowded. The location is perfect. The dark hallway up (needs approaching lights). Loved the garage but impossible to turn around in the narrow space (SUV). The microwave needs instructions and the grill stand was missing. Having to take the garbage to the city recycling station is unheard of and a big ask for the price. Don’t know how would you do it without a car. Recycling directions did not match the bins and liners provided.

The ecological waste area is located very close to the center of Lazise, making it easy to drop off your sorted waste during a stroll, a visit to the castle,while enjoying a gelato –if you prefer, at the end of your stay. It is open every day at various times, offering flexibility and convenience for disposal. And for guests who don’t have a car, we usually find an alternative solution to make this task easier – just let us know and we’ll be glad to help! Small gestures like this help preserve the beauty and sustainability of our wonderful territory. Schöner Urlaub in Lazise

Wir sind schon zum 2. Mal in diesem Appartement weil die Lage perfekt ist. Es sind nur 5 Minuten in die Altstadt. Das Auto steht sicher in der Tiefgarage und unsere Räder passten auch noch hinein. Das Appartement ist gut ausgestattet und es gibt genügend Bade- und Handtücher. Dank der Waschmaschine kann man Bettzeug, Handtücher und Kleidung jederzeit waschen. Klimaanlage ist vorhanden. Pool ist groß und sehr sauber - man muss jedoch die Öffnungszeiten strikt einhalten und eine Badehaube tragen! Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt nicht mehr! Jedes Jahr steigt der Preis um ca. 700 Euro und es passiert aber nichts im Appartement. Es befinden sich keine Liegen auf der Terrasse nur Klappstühle. Zu viele technische Geräte dürfen nicht gleichzeitig laufen - Strom fällt sofort! Wir konnten unseren Griller daher nicht nutzen. Die Bewohner der Anlage (hauptsächlich Italiener) sind zwar freundlich, aber die Regeln bzgl. Schwimmbad gelten nicht für alle. Ich wurde gleich gemaßregelt weil ich 20 Minuten zu früh in den Pool gestiegen bin - ist erst ab 15:30 Uhr geöffnet!

Wir freuen uns sehr, dass Sie sich auch in diesem Jahr, zum dritten Mal in Folge, für das Appartement Sissi entschieden haben, um Ihren Urlaub hier zu verbringen. Es freut uns, dass Sie den Komfort, die Garage, den Pool und die Terrasse schätzen konnten – dies sind definitiv die Stärken der Unterkunft. Bezüglich des Preises möchten wir daran erinnern, dass die Tarife je nach Saison variieren. Wir gehen davon aus, dass sich Ihr Hinweis auf das Angebot bezieht, das Sie für einen Aufenthalt im nächsten Jahr angefragt haben. Die Erhöhung in der Hochsaison, die 25 Euro pro Tag beträgt – also 5 Euro pro Person (da die maximale Belegung der Wohnung 5 Gäste beträgt) – ist auf allgemeine Kostensteigerungen zurückzuführen, wie z. B. Hausnebenkosten, Strom, Reinigung und Wäsche, Treibstoff, Inflation usw. Was den Pool betrifft, so stehen allen Gästen die gemeinschaftlichen Liegestühle zur Verfügung, um die Entspannung optimal zu genießen. Auf der Terrasse haben wir klappbare Stühle bereitgestellt, die funktional und gut auf den verfügbaren Platz abgestimmt sind. Bezüglich der Elektrogeräte gilt in Italien normalerweise eine maximale nutzbare Leistung von 3 kW für Haushaltsanschlüsse. Daher empfehlen wir sowohl in der Hausordnung, die wir bei der Buchung zusenden, als auch in den Hinweisen beim Check-in, nicht mehr als zwei Geräte gleichzeitig zu verwenden. Wir möchten außerdem daran erinnern, dass das Mitbringen persönlicher elektrischer Geräte wie Grills oder Heizgeräte nur nach vorheriger Genehmigung gestattet ist. Es tut uns leid, wenn Sie auf kleine Unannehmlichkeiten gestoßen sind, aber wir freuen uns, dass Sie insgesamt einen angenehmen Aufenthalt hatten. Perfekte Erholung

Das in Zentrumsnähe gelegene Appartement ist absolut ruhig und sehr gepflegt. Die Poolanlage ist sogar zum Schwimmen groß genug. Nur zu empfehlen.

Sehrt schöne Unterkunft

Die Damen im Büro waren sehr freundlich und hilfbereit. Ausstattung der FeWo sehr gut. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den tägl. Bedarf in unmittelbarer Nähe (Lidl). Das Zentrum mit seinen Restaurants und Geschäften schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Garage ist sehr eng. Musste meine Außenspiegel einklappen, damit ich überhaupt reinfahren konnte, obwol ich keine extragroße Limousine fahre. Bademützenpflicht am Pool hat uns etwas verwirrt.

Die Wohnung ist definitiv in einer großartigen Lage, in der Nähe des Zentrums von Lazise, das nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt ist, und in der Nähe des Supermarkts und nicht der Restaurants. Normalerweise ist es sehr schwierig, eine Unterkunft in der Nähe des Zentrums mit einem reservierten Parkplatz zu finden. Da die Residenz mehrere Jahre alt ist, könnte auch die Größe der Garagen nicht anders gewesen sein, als die Autos noch nicht so groß waren :D Wir hoffen, Sie in Zukunft wieder in einer unserer Unterkünfte begrüßen zu dürfen, ein herzlicher Gruß vom Gardasee

Gemütliche schöne saubere Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und sehr sauber gewesen, die Küche ist super ausgestattet . Man kann fußläufig in die Stadt laufen in max.10 Minuten. Pool und Rasenfläche sahen sehr gepflegt aus, leider konnten wir ihn nicht mehr nutzen, da zum 30.09. er schließt, das war etwas schade, da es noch super warm war. Aber es gibt viele Bademöglichkeiten am See. Es waren sehr schöne Tage!

Sissi House

Wir hatten tolle 12 Tage in einem sehr gepflegten und sauberen Appartement. Klimaanlage in Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer gut Großer Balkon mit Markise zur Gartenseite. Gemeinschaftspool mit Badekappenpflicht nicht genutzt. Sehr dicht an der wunderschönen Altstadt gelegen (10 Minuten Fußweg an der Hauptstraße). Lidl/Einkauf fussläufig erreichbar. Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung liegt im ersten Stock. Die Hunde der unterliegenden Appartements haben wir teils als störend empfunden. Wir können das Appartement absolut weiterempfehlen. Unser 15jähriger Sohn hat sich auf dem Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer gut ausbreiten können und sich sehr über einen störungsfreien Wlan gefreut. Wir haben bereits mehrere Unterkünfte am Gardasee kennengelernt. Dieses Appartement unterscheidet sich in erster Linie durch die Art der Einrichtung (nicht typisch italienisch, aber im positiven Sinne 😉) und die stilvolle, sehr saubere Ausstattung. Gerne wieder 😃 Vielen Dank für die reibungslose und freundliche Kommunikation bei der Buchung, bei Rückfragen und beim Check In. Das Besondere an der Wohnung ist sicherlich der neu renovierte Swimmingpool und die zentrumsnahe Lage, die in wenigen Schritten zu erreichen ist die Wohnung wurde gerade erst renoviert, ist modern eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Supertolle Wohnung

Es war eine der schönsten Aufenthalte in Lazise. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig gelegen in der Nähe des Zentrums. Die Ausstattung war top, alles neu, sehr sauber. Wir hatten nichts zu bemängeln. Der Balkon lädt zum Frühstücken und relaxen ein. Der Pool war fast immer leer, wir hatten ihn sozusagen für uns. Alles in einem ein wundervoller Urlaub. Den Weinabend bitte in die Mitte der Woche legen, nicht am letzten Tag.

Das Feedback unserer Gäste ist für uns immer sehr wichtig, damit wir unseren Service verbessern können und Sie einen schönen Urlaub an unserem geliebten See verbringen können. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer sehr günstigen Lage, nur wenige Schritte vom Zentrum entfernt, aber in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Sie ist neu renoviert, gut ausgestattet und für Paare oder kleine Familien geeignet. Der Weinabend war ein Geschenk, das wir als Agentur für unsere Gäste während der Woche organisiert haben, leider war es der einzige Tag, der am Freitag verfügbar war. Es tut uns sehr leid, dass Sie nicht daran teilnehmen konnten. Wir hoffen, Sie wieder am Gardasee begrüßen zu dürfen und mehr Zeit mit Ihnen zu verbringen! Herzliche Grüße, Giulia - Regarda Travel
