The property had no hot water. The door was difficult to open. There was not enough towels for the number of days that we stayed.

Hola Glendon, el agua caliente es en las duchas y el jacuzzi, las toallas te pusimos dos toallas por huésped para 4 noches, no te rindieron porque llevaste visitas al apartamento y estas usaron las toallas por ti. En cuanto a la puerta es una cerradura normal depronto estás acostumbrado a cerraduras que abren con la huella pero bueno estás en un centro histórico estás cerraduras antiguas también tienen su encanto 😅

Ana Maria's place was super cute and perfect for two couples. It is in a great location for easy access to anywhere in the walled city and Getsamini and was a Uber ride away from anywhere else in Cartagena. She was very responsive to any requests. The place was great value for this area. We would stay there again.

The location and value couldn't have been better, 10 out of 10. The front door was difficult to unlock and the window next to the front door did not have glass which allowed hot air inside the unit. Aside from that the place was perfect.

Washer didn’t work (not connected to water or drain). Bathroom sink had a crack in it. The jacuzzi did not get warm. There was a dead roach floating in the jacuzzi. It said pool, but no pool. No window panes in front windows or doors. But a Great location.
