The property was very nice and great location but the building was not great. Very old and smelled of smoke, trash in the hallways, fourth floor walk up, which is a lot with luggage. Appreciated the charm but did not add to the comfort.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m really glad you enjoyed the property itself and its location—that means a lot to us. I’m sorry to hear that the building did not meet your expectations. As it’s an older building, it does have certain characteristics that can feel less convenient, especially when it comes to stairs and shared areas. That said, your comments about cleanliness and odors in the common spaces are important, and I’ll be sure to raise them with the building management to help improve the experience for future guests. We truly appreciate you highlighting both the positives and the areas for improvement—it helps us do better.
