This one-bedroom apartment at Eden is an ideal getaway for relaxation, situated just a short distance from Big Bay Beach and comfortably accommodating up to two guests. Furthermore, upon request, a sleeper couch is available for one child under the age of 12.
Upon entering, you will be welcomed by the open-plan layout of the space, featuring a fully equipped kitchen stocked with everything you might need for a comfortable self-catering stay. The intimate dining area offers a wooden table and chairs seating four.
The lounge is elegantly furnished with two single armchairs as well as a comfy sofa. Guests will appreciate the mounted plasma television, which provides access to DSTV channels and Wi-Fi, as well as Netflix. From the living area, doors open up onto the cosy balcony space featuring outdoor furniture and offering stunning views of the beach and the iconic Table Mountain.
The bedroom is tastefully decorated with a queen-size bed that features comfortable bedding and firm pillows of blue hues, a reminder of how close you are to the beach. The bathroom is contemporary in its design and equipped with a bathtub, washbasin, vanity, shower, and toilet. Linens and towels are included with your stay. During load shedding, guests can enjoy uninterrupted connectivity and comfort, as the inverter supplies power to the Wi-Fi, TV, and a lamp. The lamp can be easily relocated next to the inverter to function. Additionally, the apartment is equipped with a gas stove and kettle for cooking, a battery-operated fan for cooling, and load-shedding lamps to provide sufficient lighting when needed.
For a leisurely day out, scenic lawns are ideal for family picnics with views of Table Mountain. Foodies have a variety of restaurants to choose from, ranging from gourmet burgers to seafood, while coffee aficionados will be able to sample excellent brews in local coffee houses. Shoppers can also explore boutique stores for unique fashion items.

All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted. For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge. A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in, with the amount determined by the quality of the establishment and applied at the discretion of the owner or management. Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested. A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the property, which is situated at Beach Estate Blvd, Big Bay, Cape Town. The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
