km from the well-known V&A Waterfront, and 12 km from the ferry to
Robben Island. For four visitors, the flat in Bloubergstrand offers
self-catering lodging.
The chic holiday flat in Bloubergstrand offers views of Blouberg and is
well-furnished. The main bedroom hosts a queen bed with an en-suite
bathroom, whereas the second bedroom consists of a double bed and a
shared bathroom. There is a shower, toilet, and sink in both bathrooms.
There is an open-concept living space that leads to a balcony. With a
fridge, stove and hob, microwave, kettle, and toaster, as well as
plates, cutlery, and glassware, the kitchen is fully furnished for
self-catering. In addition to having a flat-screen TV with satellite
channels and Wi-Fi, the lounge is also comfortably decorated.
Whether you wish to stay in Bloubergstrand or visit its attractions,
this wonderful apartment will be a pleasure to return to after a long
day. You'll find plenty to keep you occupied, from surfing to dining at
the mouth-watering beachside restaurants to drinking beverages while

In line with body corporate regulations, all local and international guests must be registered prior to arrival. To confirm your booking, guest verification is mandatory. Guests are required to provide full names, contact details, clear copies of ID or passports, vehicle registration (if applicable), and estimated arrival time. This information is used solely for security clearance purposes and will remain strictly confidential. Please note that failure to submit these details timeously may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the property, which is situated at 58 Porterfield Rd, Blouberg Rise.
The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
