Located in the heart of Koukaki, one of Athens’ most loved and walkable neighborhoods, this newly renovated studio offers a calm, modern retreat for two, central yet pleasantly removed from heavy traffic and tourist crowds. Tucked just one street away from the main road, the apartment is quiet, private, and easy to explore on foot.

The studio features a distinctive sci-fi–inspired design, combining clean lines, minimalist décor, and subtle futuristic touches. Carefully selected artwork, books, and smart lighting create a unique atmosphere without sacrificing comfort. The open-plan layout includes a cozy sleeping area with a soft double bed, a comfortable sofa for relaxing, and a well-equipped kitchen with everything you need for a short or longer stay, including a Nespresso machine.

A custom suspended TV unit can be adjusted to be enjoyed from either the bed or the sofa. Large windows fill the space with natural light, while exterior shutters allow you to block out light and noise when needed. Step out onto the private balcony for a quiet morning coffee or an evening wind-down.

The modern bathroom features a walk-in rain shower, sleek lighting, and contemporary finishes. The building has a small elevator up to the 2nd floor, adding convenience for guests.

The Acropolis Museum, the Acropolis itself, the Arch of Hadrian, and many local cafés and restaurants are all within easy walking distance, offering a more authentic Athenian experience.

Apartment was clean, bright, and comfortable. AC works well and the bed felt great after a day of sightseeing. So many amazing places are within walking distance! Metro and bus stations are very near if you need transportation to more distant sites. Romain was friendly, efficient, and very helpful. We loved our stay!

The apartment is very comfortable with most of needs. There are a few supermarkets, pastries shops, cafes and restaurants nearby. The location is very convenient with Metro, Acropolis, museums. Only the noise because one street away the big boulevard bothered us some time. The host always responded very fast.
