Large and comfortable 100 sqm apartment in the historic center of Parma. The accommodation, able to accommodate up to 4 people, is located on the second floor of a renovated building with a lift.

The building is located in a ZTL, in an area full of services and shops and ideal for getting around on foot, a few steps from the Palazzo del Governatore, the Basilica of Santa Maria della Steccata and the University of Parma.

The accommodation consists of a bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom.

The internal space is organized as follows:



- LIVING ROOM with single sofa bed, single armchair bed, two sofas, TV, dining table with chairs, chair and desk;

- KITCHEN with gas hob (4 burners), dining table with chairs, fridge, freezer, moka, dishwasher, oven, kitchen utensils and wine glasses;

- BEDROOM with double bed, chair and wardrobe;

- BATHROOM with bathtub/shower, sink, bidet, toilet and washing machine;

- STORAGE ROOM.



FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, independent heating, fan, hairdryer, drying rack, clothes hanger stand, iron and ironing board, clothes rack.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Check in can be done from 15.00. onwards, either in person or in self-check in mode.

The planned mode, at the discretion of the operations team, will be communicated prior to your arrival.

If late check in, after 21.00., is done in person you will need to adhere to the following fee schedule:

- From 21:00 - 23:00- Euro 25.00

- From 23:00 - 24:00 - Euro 30.00

- From 24:00 - until 01:30 - Euro 40.00

- From Parma train station, you can reach the apartment by taking the bus at the Stazione ferrovia stop and continuing to the Strada Cavestro Via Mazzini stop, about 3 minutes walk from the property.



- If you travel by car, you can park for a fee in Piazza Ghiaia or in Viale Toschi, a few minutes walk from the property.
