The house is fully equipped for your comfort, including a kitchen with a dishwasher, electric hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, and a high chair for families with small children. With four bedrooms, the home offers flexibility for families or groups. One bedroom has a double bed, and the other three rooms have two single beds each. The bathroom includes a shower, washing machine, and tumble dryer. Outdoor enthusiasts will enjoy the large natural plot (2040 m²) with a terrace and sun loungers, perfect for soaking in the panoramic water views. For added fun, there is a garage equipped with table tennis, darts, and a longboard. The house also provides 3 sea kayaks (used at the tenant’s own risk with life jackets available in the garage). The home has been continually renovated, retaining its charm as a 100-year-old house while offering modern amenities. The covered terrace provides a view of the fjord and Oddesund Bridge, ideal for enjoying meals or simply relaxing outdoors. Dogs are welcome, and the house is a non-smoking property.
