This charming cottage, which was renovated in 2023, offers a modern and comfortable stay in peaceful surroundings. The house is ideal for families or groups of up to 6 people and is perfect for a relaxing vacation. The sleeping accommodations are divided into 3 bedrooms, a large bedroom with a double bed, and 2 smaller bedrooms with 2 single beds each. The newer kitchen is well equipped with everything you need, including a dishwasher, coffee maker, refrigerator/freezer, electric hob with separate oven, and a microwave, so you can enjoy your vacation without any worries.The bathroom has also been updated and offers modern amenities for a comfortable stay and the option of doing laundry in the washing machine. Inside, you will find a wood-burning stove, which creates a cozy atmosphere on cool evenings. The house is also equipped with a TV and channels so you can keep up with your favorite programs. There is also a washing machine, which provides extra convenience during your stay. The landscaped garden surrounding the house provides opportunities for outdoor activities and is an ideal place for children to play. The cottage is located in a quiet and peaceful cottage area, only 950 meters from the water, so you can easily take a trip to the beach and enjoy nature. The large terrace is perfect for cozy outdoor meals or just relaxing in the sun. Not available for rental to youth groups or construction crews.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
