Luma Villas features four spacious
bedrooms with double beds--one located in the basement, one on the first floor,
and two on the second floor--ensuring privacy and relaxation. Guests will also
find three bathrooms with showers, one on each floor, for added convenience. The
outdoor area is designed for ultimate enjoyment and relaxation. Each villa
boasts a private swimming pool, ideal for refreshing dips under the sun. A gas
BBQ and outdoor furniture create the perfect setting for al fresco dining and
gatherings. Luma Villas combines comfort, privacy, and style, making it an
ideal retreat for those seeking a tranquil getaway while enjoying premium
facilities in a stunning environment. The only distinction is that Luma Villa Elysia is positioned on the side, offering serene
mountain and garden views, providing
a secluded and tranquil ambiance.
Luma Villas are situated in the charming Kallithea Village on Rhodes Island, Greece. The villas are conveniently located approximately 1 km from the nearest supermarket and local restaurants, offering easy access to daily necessities and dining options. Rhodes International Airport (Diagoras) is about 16 kilometers away, providing a straightforward journey for travelers. The historic center of Rhodes, renowned for its medieval architecture and vibrant atmosphere, lies roughly 8 km from the villas. The UNESCO World Heritage-listed Medieval City of Rhodes is also within this distance, offering a glimpse into the islands rich history. Please note that the accommodation (climate) tax per overnight stay is as follows:
o From 01/04 to 31/10: 15EUR per night
o From 01/11 to 31/03: 4EUR per night
