Disliked: Cleanliness, communication, location, listing accuracy
This experience was awful. We arrived and the home was dirty with hair in the drawers and dusty and crumbs on all horizontal surfaces. I sent photos immediately to the rental company. My family moved out the next day because it was gross and completely unacceptable. I’ve never had to move out of a vrbo before.Vacasa has been unhelpful on my request for a refund. If you want to stay somewhere dirty - you’ve found a great place!
