This property was so adorable fully comfortably furnished and came with many extra creature comforts. It was super clean, very accommodating and the perfect distance from Broadway. The host was so accommodating and stayed in touch throughout our stay to ensure all was well and we didn’t need anything. 10/10 recommend Eric and his cute home away from home.

We had such a wonderful stay! Eric was an exceptional host and truly went above and beyond with every detail. From the moment we arrived, it was clear how much thought and care went into creating such a comfortable and welcoming space. Everything was cozy, clean, and thoughtfully provided, making it feel like a true home away from home.Eric was also incredibly helpful with recommendations around the area. His suggestions made it easy to discover some great local spots and really enjoy our time there. You can tell he genuinely cares about his guests and wants them to have a memorable experience.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing place with a host who truly pays attention to the details!

Eric was the host with the most. The house is stocked with everything you need plus extra touches that make this a standout property. Eric provided waters, some snacks and even a local beer to help us celebrate our milestone bday trip. Bedding was great and the floor plan was perfect for our girls trip. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

A girl's trip from NE was made especially fun due to this adorable, well located and cozy home! Within walking distance of Broadway! We loved it!!!

The place was exactly as described, very clean, tons of little nice touches like K-cups, local drinks, snacks, etc. Owner communication was awesome. Beds were comfortable and the location was great. Nice short uber ride to downtown. Hope to be back again soon!

Eric was an amazing host and has a beautiful property! It’s a quick car ride to anywhere you want to go, super convenient, and again just amazing labor of love that comes across with all the details in the house. The pulls on the cabinets for example!

The house was very clean, and it had everything our group needed. We did laundry, watched TV, and played the games at the house. The beds were comfy too. The host even had snacks for us on arrival! I needed Tums the last night and the house had that too!

The venue was spotless, modern with laminate floors, fully appointed and stocked with all essentials and many additional items. For example, in addition to a copious Keurig coffee station with a variety of several dozen pods, fresh creme as well as flavored creamers, butter, variety of condiments and hot sauces were available. One guest in the group got dehydrated; there was electrolyte powder in the cabinet along with various fresh teas!!The music row and restaurants on broadway were all within a 13 to 18 lyft ride away. There is a private parking spot which seemed very secure around back for those who drove in.The four bedrooms were spacious, crisp and well ventilated The beds very comfortable. Three bathrooms made mornings easy. The kitchen sitting area easily seats 8, and the den had a well positioned TV of excellent quality. A bluetooth speaker was available in the kitchen area as well. There is modern laundry room fully stocked with laundry soap and supplies .The host obviously provided everything he possibly could to make our stay enjoyable. He provided welcome goodies like beer, wine, water, chips, and chocolate! He even suggested a midday music performance that was a highlight of the trip.In summary, our stay was as perfect as is possible. Would definitely stay again in the future!!

Would like to clarify that the floors are definitely not laminate...all solid hardwoods and porcelain tile :) Downtown is also very walkable and in our experience usually only takes 5-10 minutes to get downtown if you choose to take a Lyft or Uber from the time the ride share arrives. The Home was beautiful, we had friends from Texas and California coming into town and wanted to treat them to some Nashville fun.The home was perfect, all three couples had their own bedrooms and bathrooms, with plenty of room too spare.Our host Eric was great to deal with throughout the entire stay.The home had everything you would ever need to have the makings for an awesome weekend!We would definitely stay there again!Martin

An Absolutely Beautiful Home and Exceptional Experience! I cannot say enough wonderful things about this property! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed. The home is absolutely beautiful, tastefully updated, impeccably clean, and furnished with gorgeous, comfortable furniture. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered to make guests feel right at home.What truly sets this property apart is the incredible hospitality! Eric went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we could possibly need. The home was generously stocked with drinks, snacks, coffee, multiple flavors of creamer, laundry supplies, and so many other thoughtful extras. It was clear that no detail was overlooked!We were a party of six, and everyone had more than enough room to spread out, relax, and enjoy the beautiful space. The location was also fantastic! Just a short drive to Broadway and Nashville’s must-see attractions, including the Ryman Auditorium and Country Music Hall of Fame.Eric was an outstanding host, checking in with us via text throughout our stay to make sure everything was going well. His attentiveness and genuine hospitality made an already wonderful experience even better.We’ve stayed in many vacation rentals, and this one truly stands out. Between the stunning home, thoughtful amenities, convenient location, and exceptional host, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We would absolutely stay here again!

Eric ensured we had a wonderful experience. The house was clean and comfortable! He was so gracious. We set up arrival with some drinks and coffee pods and even a few snacks. We walked to lower broadway and took car rides (Uber and Lyft) as well. Very reasonably priced. We would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone.

Absolutely would recommend staying here. Very clean and spacious home. Nice location and easy to get to. Host was fantastic, communicated ahead of and during the trip. Loved the thoughtfulness of the extras at the house upon our arrival as well as some recommendations for shopping and eating in the area. 10 out of 10!
