Located in a historic residence, our eco-friendly accommodation offers a comfortable stay with two bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. Explore the beautiful Valsassina, just 20 minutes from Lake Como, and immerse yourself in outdoor activities, local cuisine, and the area's extraordinary natural beauty.
The apartment, located on the ground floor, features a cozy double bedroom. The comfortable sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping space. The recently renovated bathroom includes a modern shower and a washing machine for your comfort. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing delicious meals during your stay.
A highlight of the apartment is the beautiful balcony with a panoramic view of Mount Grigna and the main square of the village. During the summer, the square comes alive with events for people of all ages, including entertainment for children, making the atmosphere even more lively and enjoyable.
The apartment is part of a small residence consisting of four units, with a total of 17 beds. The owners live on the upper floor. We kindly ask our guests to respect the neighborhood, particularly during nighttime hours, to ensure a peaceful stay for everyone.
The apartment is located on the ground floor: there are only a couple of steps to go down at the entrance. Please note that there are also two additional steps inside the apartment at the entrance.
Cremeno is a charming mountain village in Valsassina, nestled in a picturesque landscape offering spectacular views of the Grigne mountain range and green meadows that, in the summer, turn into lively pastures. The village is ideal for those looking for a nature-filled stay, thanks to numerous hiking trails suitable for all ages, mountain biking paths, and picnic areas surrounded by greenery. In winter, the proximity to the ski lifts at Piani di Bobbio makes Cremeno a perfect base for winter sports enthusiasts. With agriturismos and local restaurants offering typical products and an authentic atmosphere, Cremeno invites its guests to discover the unique charm of Valsassina in every season. . City Tax: You do not have to pay tourist city tax. Tourist tax: The municipality where you will be staying does not require the payment of a Tourist Tax. . Check-in: Check-in at the property is allowed only after all guests have been registered and the contract has been signed. The standard check-in window is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM; guests are kindly requested to send a message at least 12 hours in advance, specifying a 30-minute time slot for their expected arrival.  
For late check-in, availability must be confirmed by sending a request to the House Manager.  
Where available, guests may opt for self check-in; however, in this case, they must contact the property to arrange an in-person meeting within the following 24 hours. .
