Charming villa surrounded by nature with private pool and garden, ideal for a relaxing vacation, located near the Natural Reserve of Torre Guaceto.



The accommodation opens onto a spacious living room overlooking the veranda, furnished with dining table, smart TV and double sofa bed. Completing the living area is an eat-in kitchen, equipped with an oven, microwave, kettle and toaster.



The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a second bedroom with two single beds, which can be joined if needed, and a bathroom with bidet and shower box.



The private pool is surrounded by the gated garden, which is equipped with a barbecue, dining table, sun beds and sofas, along with an outdoor service bathroom.



Amenities such as a dishwasher, coffee maker, wi-fi connection and washing machine are available to guests. Air conditioning is present in the living area and in the hallway serving the sleeping area.



Pets weighing less than 10 kg are welcome on request.
