The bright, split-level living and dining areas flow into a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances including an oven, gas hob, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and microwave – everything you need for cooking and entertaining. There are two living areas, one is part of the open/plan dining area with sliding doors that open onto a beautifully maintained garden, and the second living area features a comfy sofa, Smart TV (with super fast Wifi for Netflix and Amazon Prime access). Upstairs, the home continues to impress with peaceful bedrooms and the owner's artwork throughout. KITCHEN / LIVING AREA
The kitchen and dining area is beautifully presented with natural light and all the essentials to feel right at home. Cook up meals with ease using the modern appliances, including a gas hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and dishwasher, plus cookware, glassware, crockery and cutlery provided. The wooden dining table seats up to 5 guests and leads into a sunken living room furnished with comfortable seating, and large sliding doors that open out onto the garden – a perfect space for entertaining, relaxing or catching up on your favourite shows. There is a separate TV room equipped with a Smart TV (log in to your Netflix or Amazon Prime)

BATHROOM

Bathroom 1 is ensuite and has a shower, sink, mirror and toilet.
Bathroom 2 has a bath with a shower, sink, mirror and toilet.
Bathroom 3 has a shower, toilet and sink.
We provide bath towels, hand towels and bath mats.

BEDROOMS
There are three bedrooms with different sleeping options, and fresh bed linen is provided for all beds.
