The Coach House is a spacious family holiday home on a beautiful traditional Devon farmstead. The house sleeps eleven people in two double bedrooms (one with en suite shower), a twin, a single and a bunk room plus two bathrooms. On the ground floor is a living room with open fire, dining room, den, children's snug, kitchen, laundry room, shower and WC. It has its own games room, indoor swimming pool, sauna and garden with sandpit and playhouse, plus parking for five cars. It shares an outdoor swimming pool (seasonal opening times), tennis court and second games room. Help is welcome on the farm and there are activities available, such as clay pigeon shooting, archery and mountain biking. With Dartmoor just beyond the farm, there is masses to do at The Coach House. Three dogs welcome.

Town: Nestling among mature woodland on the western slopes of Dartmoor, the historic village of Lydford is a jewel in this area of outstanding scenic beauty. To the north, just half a mile away, the high tors come right down to the village edge, while to the south the River Lyd winds its way through Lydford Forest on its tumbling course northwards. Lydford village has an interesting medieval castle and nearby Lydford Gorge (National Trust) with its peaceful woodland walks and White Lady waterfall is a must. The village also has a Post Office, pub and award-winning restaurant. Whether walking the moors, fishing, watching the amazing wildlife or just visiting the many attractions of this stunningly beautiful area, you'll never be lost for something to do. The moorland market towns of Tavistock and Okehampton are both a short drive away.
