Eclectic and full of creative energy!This place has such a fun, artistic vibe that made our stay truly memorable. The location is perfect—right in the heart of Madrid and ideal for exploring the city. There are plenty of great cafés within easy walking distance as well. Both the owner and Rica were amazing hosts: friendly, attentive, and very responsive throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

This apartment is in an amazing location! Such a cool and unique spot with so much interesting art and features! Arturo’s assistant Rica was amazing and was incredibly kind and welcoming! Just know that there is no air conditioning but there are fans in all the bedrooms.

It was very eclectic. In the center of Madrid. Rica was very helpful and welcoming. Note that there is no air conditioning and you have to pay for parking offsite. Parking garages and the streets, are narrow if you're driving. Everything was provided that was needed.

Fantastic location. Spacious place to stay. 1 bed was uncomfortable but the other 4 beds we used were very comfortable. There were lots of extra blankets which were needed. When we arrived it was quite cold and getting colder as the sun went down. We had space heaters for the bedrooms which got the space warm after about 8 hours. Bring warm slippers for cold floors. Really can't beat the location though and the host was very helpful. You do have very specific times you can check in so make sure those work before booking.
