We had a great stay. The location is very good, easy walking distance to major sites like Plaza Mayor and Gran Via, which made exploring the city very easy. The apartment is small, but it worked perfectly for our family of four (two adults and two young adult kids)The area is very lively and full of young people enjoying the nightlife, so it can be loud at times and late into the night. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would recommend this spot, specially for young adults that are easy to accommodate in small places, and ready to enjoy beautiful Madrid!

All was ok, just that the washer did not work. I emailed the property manager and never got a reply. This was one of the main reason I booked this apartment.

Decent bang for buck place. Owner was quick with communication responses and very helpful with suggestions. Will return here if I visit Madrid again.

My friends and I stayed for a couple nights. Great place! Really close to a lot of attractions and restaurants. Wasn’t the cleanest but definitely comfortable.

Wohnung ohne richtiges Fenster, war nicht sauber, besonders Küche und Badezimmer. Dieses und der Kühlschrank verströmten einen unangenehmen Geruch. Nicht zu empfehlen.

Good location. Stayed with 2 children and was a little cramped. Would be perfect for couple who need a base to explore central Madrid. Air conditioning was a bonus as madrid was very hot.

Evaluación del apartamento en Malasaña.

Disfrutamos el vecindario y sus cafés para nuestros desayunos. Los dueños de los restaurantes y cafés fueron muy amables. El apartamento está bien para una pareja pero es un poco estrecho para tres adultos porque no tiene otra habitación, sino una salita con un sofá que se puede abrir. Es muy central y cercano al metro lo que hizo muy fácil el ir a todos los lugares que exploramos.

Hemos estado un par de noches, la ubicación super bien a 10 minutos de muchos sitios destacados. El apartamento, calidad precio está bien, silencioso y completo. El sofa-cama no muy cómodo , pero volvería a escoger este apartamento. Denis el anfitrión disponible todo el tiempo

Great location

We liked this property a lot, and would’ve given it five stars, but the mattresses were not very good, which made the sleeping part not so good. Both my husband and my daughter said each morning that they didn’t get much sleep because of it. I however did not experience the same and my sleep was OK. again, everything else was great!

Cet appartement est sombre et inconfortable. Le canapé-lit est de qualité médiocre. Le problème le plus préoccupant est l'installation électrique défaillante : le compteur saute fréquemment, rendant difficile l'utilisation d'appareils électroménagers tels qu'une casserole ou un sèche-cheveux. Ceci soulève des préoccupations sérieuses quant à la sécurité de l'installation électrique.
