Perfectly positioned just a 5-minute drive from Marbella’s best beaches, fine and casual dining restaurants, and all essential amenities, this villa offers a peaceful, private retreat without compromising on convenience.

Whether you're seeking a sophisticated escape with friends, a family retreat, or a luxurious base to explore the coast, this villa delivers an unforgettable experience in the heart of Marbella.
1. Check-out time is 10:00 and late check-out is subject to availability and extra charge.
2. Two sets of keys with remote controls will be provided and a 250 EUR charge is made per set if lost or taken away on departure.
3. On departure, keys must be left on the table in the kitchen and door must be closed shut.
4. 24 HOURS GRACE PERIOD is granted for reporting any damages or imperfections. Further damages might be deducted from the damage deposit.
5. Rubbish must be disposed IN RUBBISH BAGS IN THE RUBBISH CONTAINERS ON THE MAIN ROAD to prevent attracting rodents. Please understand that rodents pleague is the last thing we want for your holiday villa. A 50 EUR cleaning fee applies for non-compliance.
6. AC must be switched off when not in the villa.
7. While standard final cleaning fee is included in the rent, additional 300 EUR might be charged from the damage deposit if the property is left excessively dirty or needs additional cleaning. A 10 EUR/item applies for staining sheets or towels with make-up or bronzers.
8. The villa is strictly non-smoking and a 200 EUR cleaning fee applies for smoking inside or littering the pool or the garden with cigarette butts.
9. The gardener must be granted access to the villa between 8-10:00 in the morning. The gardener won’t ring the bell.
10. The villa is located in a residential area and loud parties are not allowed. Quiet hours must be respected and music must be kept low after 22:00. EVENTS AND PARTIES UNAPPROVED BY THE OWNERS ARE SUBJECT TO A 1000 EUR FINE.
11. The guests need to make sure they close all shutters, lock the property and arm the alarm when not in and during the night. Lirios Village Marbella does not take responsibility for any loss or theft. Security is in your hands!
