Double room in a beautiful penthouse with sea view terrace, located on the fourth floor. The room is equipped with air conditioning, mini fridge, and private bathroom.
The room boasts access to a spacious 300 sqm sea view terrace, which is shared with the other rooms. The terrace is furnished with a gazebo, barbecue, table, deck chairs, and a relaxing lounge area.

A shared kitchen area is available on the terrace for guests, equipped with a coffee machine, induction hob, toaster, kettle, plates, cups, kitchenware, utensils, oven and mini oven (ideal for heating food). Clothes drying racks are also provided. Please note: the kitchen area is not available for use during the winter season.
Guests are expected to leave the shared kitchen clean and tidy after use, for everyone’s comfort.

The penthouse enjoys a unique location near Corso Roma, Gallipoli’s main street, lined with hotels, bars, and the city’s main shops. At the end of the street, a bridge connects the modern town to the historic center. From the penthouse, the sea can be easily reached on foot or by bicycle.

Ideal for couples, even those traveling with a small four-legged friend used to being around other animals, thanks to the large shared terrace space. Pet stay is under the guest's responsibility and requires an additional sanitation fee.

Initial supply of bed linen is included in the price.
Extra bed linen and towel sets are not included in the rental price and can be booked in advance.

Breakfast service is available upon request/reservation, either at a partner bar or self-managed (with packaged products), with a daily cost per person. Self-managed lunch options (with packaged products) are also available.

For check-in and check-out outside the indicated hours, upon guest request and subject to approval, the following additional fees apply:
