Beachfront apartment on the 2nd floor with an east-facing terrace and sunset views

The house is located on the second floor of a beachfront villa with a terrace just a short walk from the sea. The first floor is occupied by the owners, while the first and second floors offer a sweeping 180-degree view of the sea and sunsets
along with a garden
. The property is set back from the street in a fairly quiet outskirt area with access to restaurants, supermarkets, a fully equipped beach about 300 meters away (Lido Pazze); the beach directly in front consists of low rocks; Torre San Giovanni is about 1 km away. The sea is right across the street, just 20 meters away.
Two kilometers from here are the renowned beaches of Marina di Ugento, both equipped and free (see the Marina di Ugento website).

Glasklares, sauberes Wasser in zwei Minuten Fußmarsch erreichbar.

Bellissimo appartamento, posto stupendo.
