You won't find a better location than this! The Northern Quarter is Manchester's most vibrant and exciting community - a bohemian blend of independent restaurants, cafes, bars and shops. Head over to Affleck's Palace or check out the street art and design in Steven's Square. Love design? Manchester Design & Crafts Centre is a great spot for anyone with an artistic eye! We’re right in the heart of it so you'll be spoilt for choice with everything Manchester and this vibrant community has to offer!

The kitchen is fully equipped and stocked with everything you'd expect to find in a family home so cooking is a breeze.

BEDROOMS:
There's 2 bedrooms with double beds plus 2 extra beds in the living room to allow up to 8 people to comfortably stay with us.

LIVING SPACE:
Relax and enjoy our beautiful and unique open plan living space.

DINING AREA:
We have a dining table which comfortably seats 6 people, perfect for entertaining!

BATHROOM:
We have one full bathroom and one ensuite we also provide complimentary shampoo, soap, conditioner & towels.

Check-in is from 3PM and check-out is by 11AM. If you’d like an early check-in or late check-out, just let us know - we can often accommodate for a small additional fee. You can conveniently check yourself in, and we’ll send all the details ahead of your arrival.

Getting Around:
Most of the city centre is walkable — you can reach shops, bars, and cultural spots within minutes. Trams (Metrolink) are quick and efficient — ideal for reaching MediaCity, Old Trafford, or beyond. Buses run frequently and connect you to all parts of Greater Manchester. Piccadilly Train Station is a 7-minute walk, perfect for day trips to Liverpool, Leeds, or the Peak District. Prefer two wheels? There are plenty of Bee Network bikes and e-scooters nearby. Uber and local taxis are easy to find, especially in the evening.
