Property was as described, and more spacious than the photos in the communal areas. The hosts communication was fantastic from start to finish always on hand to support. The shared pool was great and was never busy for the whole fortnight we were there.

An amazing home in a truly beautiful setting

Our family so enjoyed our stay. The front garden is gorgeous. The back pool area is lovely and overlooks the sea, with amazing panoramic views. Inside, the dining room overlooks the same views. As one of our friends said: "it looks like a place a Hollywood actor or actress might own."

Outstanding apartment in fine location

First of all, the apartment has panoramic views, both from the lounge area and the garden/swimming pool, over the sea. In our experience it is difficult to find a rental in Cap d’ Antibes with such a comparable spectacular vista. Although the apartment was not far from the road, it is in fact remarkably quiet and restful with no audible traffic noise.The apartment is spacious, both living room, main bedroom and bathroom. It is also well equipped and all our needs were met. The situation is also convenient - it is about 30 minutes walk to Antibes and only about 15 minutes to the famous beach at Garoupe and the interesting walk around the coast. For shopping in Antibes a car would be recommended if not essential. The only let down was the garage. I was specifically assured before renting that there would be a usable garage, but the rather small garage was half full of the owner’s bric-a -brac and unusable. Any car must be parked on the road, which is quiet and looks safe, but such parking with my own valuable car always makes me very apprehensive for theft in this part of the world, and I believe that an apartment of this quality and cost should have secure parking. All in all, however, a most enjoyable stay, and a place highly recommended with only one blemish.

Superb villa

In a quiet location, with incredible views out over the sea this villa was even better than we expected. The photos on vrbo are exactly as the villa is, pretty gardens, comfortable clean accommodation ,well furnished and equipped , a lovely terrace with sun loungers and table and chairs for dining al fresco. Good contact from the lovely hosts, and helpful information for arrival and checkin , We cannot wait to come back, it’s so lovely, and there is plenty to see and do in Antibes and the surrounding area.

Beautiful but HOT

The host is the best. Super communicative. However Antibes in July was blazing hot and this location only has a small ac unit in the master bedroom downstairs. As soon as you walk out of the bedroom you’re hot by a heat wave. It was exponentially hotter inside than outside but there are mosquitoes so you can’t open windows. We had to leave less than 24 hours arriving. Again, the host is amazing but absent putting more AC units in the apartment it’s a spring or fall rental for us.

Amazing View, Gorgeous Location

The property is beautiful. The view is stunning. The pool was nice and clean. It was a good size and layout for a family of four. We had free parking on the road right in front of the gate. There is a very lovely beach about 15 min to walk or 2 min drive. We did have a few hiccups. The wifi didn’t work and the AC produced a lot of water that we had to empty at night. Also, the door to the master bedroom could not be closed and the showers could use an update and are not very accessible for larger individuals or mobility challenges. Despite some challenges, this property is a gem. I would recommend it.

Incredible views and perfect location!!

We enjoyed our time in the home so much and the only tricky part was checking out to go home :) Ebby was incredibly helpful when we had wifi issues day one and checked in on us to make sure the company got it sorted for our stay. The grounds of the home are impeccable and it's a glorious oasis aidst the beauty of Cap D'Antibes. We can't wait to be back

Great location!

The stay was wonderful and location superb. Villa is in tranquil setting and stems with style & historic Cap D'Antibes atmosphere. Downstairs with sleeping rooms has a touch of basement scent and I understood that air conditioning will be improved for the future.

Beautiful memories made in Antibes

Our stay in Antibes was wonderful. The view of the sea from the dining room was breathtaking. The villa is in a nice quiet neighborhood very close to walks along the waterfront. We liked the fact that it had plenty of space for a family of 4, plus a pool, and gardens surrounding the apartment. They also had books, DVDs, and games for use. We did not use the kitchen but it is well stocked with whatever you may need. The communication with the property managers was quick and efficient. The information they provided about the date and gate allowed us to get in with ease. The things we would have liked better were softer beds and maybe more restaurants in walking distance. Overall, it is a nice property in a beautiful area. I am so glad they put this property on VRBO because it made us choose Antibes, a city that we now love.

Great Location with Ocean View & Pool

Fantastic location overlooking Mediterranean sea. Really enjoyed our morning dip in the pool and walks (quite long!) down to the beach and along to the town for dinner. Had to contact the property manager for location of towels (we thought they should have been laid out), also Wifi slow by modern day standards but these were minor inconveniences in a memorable stay!

Séjour de 2 semaines en couple 2eme moitié de juin , juste parfait. Au calme, piscine, terrasse vue sur la mer. Détail : TV difficile à manipuler et pas totalement fonctionnelle. Une adresse à retenir et à conseiller.

Marvelous view, lots of space and comfort

The view was just marvelous. As a family of four we could all enjoy it at every meal. Everything was very comfortable, more than enough space. Kitchen was well equipped. Only 1km from the beach, 1.8km from the bakery. Unfortunately, Wi-Fi/ TV was not working.

Wonderful View

For this price this place is perfect! Apartment is lovely and in a great position in Antibes with wonderful views over the med. it was equipped with everything our party of 4 needed and the old town is beautiful and full of character. If I had to pick holes it is a little tired in places ie some doors don’t quite fit properly and there is a slight musky smell but the price is right and it would not stop me from returning. Thank you for a lovely stay!
