The property manager will send you a 30% payment link for the first payment (we do not accept American Express cards).

The remaining 70% must be paid by bank transfer (if received before arrival) or in cash at check-in.

A deposit will be charged via credit/debit card at check-in at our office or via a payment link. The refund will be processed within 7 to 14 business days.

Travel crib / Baby cot:
Price: €20.00 / Day / Item. Not guaranteed. Guests must request 24–48 hours in advance, and if available, we will provide it.

Late arrival:
Check-in is from 3 PM to 8 PM, Monday to Sunday, at our office "Carrer de Hercegovina, 1 LOCAL 08021 Barcelona". Outside of these hours, a €50 fee will be charged in cash.

The current tourist tax in Barcelona applies.

Smoking is strictly prohibited. Any report or evidence of smoking will result in immediate eviction and a fine of at least €400.

No parties or gatherings are allowed under any circumstances. If a complaint is received or the police/security/neighbors intervene, a €400 fine will be charged (plus any police fines).
