It is located in the exceptionally popular Casas da Audiência resort, next to the Praia Verde resort in the unspoilt Eastern Algarve.

On the first floor there are three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed with en-suite. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and a small balcony facing the front of villa, and bedroom 3 has twin beds. There is also a family bathroom with shower.

On the ground floor the villa has an additional small sitting room with a sofa-bed, and a bathroom / cloakroom with shower.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has a electric cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, standing fridge/freezer, and microwave. There is a door that opens to a covered and shaded area with table and chairs.

There is also well-proportioned open plan living room and dining area, which opens out onto the garden and barbecue area. The barbecue is a traditional Portuguese brick-built grill which is ideal for cooking meat, fish or vegetarian food. If you enjoy outside living, and cooking over hot charcoal. Towards the beach there is a nature reserve including a lake, which makes a beautiful walk or bike ride into the town of Monte Gordo. The nature reserve is a favourite for walkers, runners, cyclists and for birdwatchers. The world class sports facilities in Vila Real Santo António are regularly used by training athletes who train throughout the year.
