Comfortably furnished and equipped to a high standard, with the pretty patio garden area and parking for 3 cars, Wharf Cottage is an idyllic holiday retreat accommodating up to sleep 6 people in comfort and style.
The property is ideally situated for golfing and walking holidays and is very close to many of North Cornwall's best beaches.

Ground floor: Spacious entrance hall leading to all bedrooms
Family Bathroom with Bath, wash hand basin and WC
Bedroom 1: King size bed. Bedside cabinets, chest of drawers and comfortable seating. French doors leading to patio garden.
En-suite shower: WC and wash hand basin.
Bedroom 2: King size bed. Bedside cabinets, chest of drawers and wardrobe. Views over the garden.
Bedroom 3: Twin bedded room with 3’ beds. Pine bedside cabinet, chest of drawers, wardrobe and comfortable seating.
Under stairs cupboard with freezer.
Stairs to First Floor:
Open plan Lounge/Dining room
Lovely light and airy open plan room with impressive vaulted ceiling. Comfortable sofa and arm chairs, large flat screen TV, Blue Ray DVD player, dresser and feature Woodburner (fuel and lighters not provided)
Dining table and chairs to seat 8 guests.
Kitchen Well equipped attractive kitchen area with a high standard of base and wall units, electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and washing machine. Fully equipped for a self catering stay.
Garden/patio: Pretty area with rural views and nice range of garden furniture.
Parking: Gravelled driveway with parking for up to 3 cars.
Bedding: Duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels provided. Please bring your own beach towels.
Pets Maximum of two pets are accepted by prior arrangement £30 per pet for all stays up to 7 nights. Extra charges apply for longer stays.
Damage Deposit - Please note: There is a refundable deposit of £150 due prior to commencement of stay.

Please note: Entry to the property is from 4pm and departure is at 10am prompt.
