Avenue de Malakoff is a four bedroom, three bathroom home in Arc de Triomphe - Champs-Élysées. This home’s open-plan living area has a kitchen at one end (prettily tiled, with a breakfast bar and a dining table for six) and a snug, book-dotted sitting area at the other. The ensuite master bedroom is subtly – but stylishly – done, while the other three bedrooms are colourful, with a playful vibe. Centrally situated between the Arc de Triomphe and the Bois de Boulogne, you’ll find plenty of bars and brasseries nearby. It’s a one-minute walk to Neuilly Porte Maillot metro station.

Home Truths:

- This home doesn't have air-conditioning, so ask us if you'd like to have fans for your stay. Although all the bedrooms face towards a quiet interior courtyard, the living room faces onto a busy avenue. There is currently long running construction work happening nearby at Porte Maillot with upgrades happening to the Metro. No noise has been heard from within the home but please be aware that traffic in the area can be heavy during the day. Please note that the heating will be on only between mid-October and May, in line with ecological and environmental practices aimed at limiting energy consumption and reducing our carbon footprint.
