The property is very clean and tidy, appears recently refurbished, and in a great location... absolutely perfect for a couple of nights. BUT...Unfortunately, you dont fully get what you pay for! Part of the reason for booking this apartment was because of the air conditioning, which in my case, did not work at all. In fact, other A/C units in the building were also non operational. When asked to the manager, to switch apartments or seek a refund for the remaining night (due to the unbearable heat), the only offer was for a fan which did nothing. If you're looking for a cool and comfortable sleep during summer, this is not your place.

La ubicación y el lugar excelente. El personal muy amable, nos permitió dejar las maletas hasta la tarde, limpieza excelente y el cuarto bien. El único defecto fue la cama que me pareció un poco incomoda y pequeña y el primer día se acabó el agua caliente de la regadera del baño y el segundo día el aire acondicionado fallo un poco. Pero en general estuvimos muy bien en el departamento. Nos tocó en la parte de atrás (no vista a la rambla) entonces no se escuchaba ruido.
