この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由
The property is in the most exclusive area of Tenerife, the Bahia Del Duque beach is only a 3 minutes walk, near all the top restaurants and bars, Plaza Del Duque shopping center where you find a lot of luxury brands, close to the harbor of Puerto Colon where you can do a lot of sea activities, 300 meters away from the market, a 1 minute walk to a taxi stop and public transport stop, the best water park in the world which is Siam Park and Aqualand ( a waterpark that is more suitable for families with small children ) is only a 10 minute drive with the public transport.
At the end of your stay you will agree with us that this is the best location possible on the whole island.
This is one of few properties with a private heated pool for free throughout the whole year.
