The location was good (a bus stop right across the street) The apartment was spacious and clean. However, communication with the management was poor to say the least. Totally by text without a human involved. Had trouble checking in since the link sent was not "live" and could not reach it. It took over 1/2 hour to get into the apartment because of all the electronic security that was operated remotely and response time was inadequate. It will be the last time we will use a VRBO site without a person meeting us. Also, while not a problem for us, anyone with mobility issues would have a hard time in the apartment because there were steps down to one of the bedrooms and a step up to one bathroom and five steps down and around a corner without a handrail for the second bathroom. This should be made clear in the apartment description. Because of the location (in a rather "Hip" area) there was quite a bit of noise well into the night.
