A conveniently located well appointed 1 bedroom apartment next to the River Ness within easy walking distance of all that the city centre has to offer with shopping, coffee shops along with a full range of bars and restaurants just around the corner.
The apartment comprises a spacious open-plan living/ dining room and a contemporary kitchen with 1 bedroom (maximum occupancy of 2 persons) with a king size bed. It is ideal for a couple wanting a city centre break or simply wanting the amenities that Inverness has to offers whist exploring Inverness-Shire and the wider Highlands. The accommodation has been recently renovated to a high standard and there's plenty of space for two to relax and enjoy the peaceful riverside.
The charm of the dwelling is continued into the bedroom, which is appointed with a king size bed. Due to the nature of the apartment in a grade B listed building the bedroom and bathroom is a suite without a separating door (A curtain does provide privacy). There is a well-appointed but small bathroom with sink, shower and toilet.
The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need to enjoy cooking for yourself and spend evenings in. It is fully equipped with a dishwasher, hob and oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. If you don’t feel like cooking there is a huge range of restaurants and takeaways within easy walking distance of the property.
The property includes convenient free parking for 1 vehicle in the residents parking over the road from the property.
