Villa Matilde N° 1 , made up of three adjacent apartments, is composed as follows:
First unit: the apartment features three bedrooms, two of which are double rooms with an additional single bed, and a third double bedroom with an added three-quarter size sofa bed. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in the hallway, serving the rooms. A spacious living room at the entrance of the apartment with two comfortable sofas leads into a very large dining room complete with a kitchen equipped with every comfort for meal preparation. Two full bathrooms with shower boxes, one internal and one external, are available to guests, along with two large verandas, one at the front and one at the back—ideal for breakfasts, lunches, or dinners outdoors, perfect for letting your four-legged friends play safely.
Second unit: the apartment has two air-conditioned bedrooms, one double and a second double bedroom with two additional single beds. From the apartment, you access a large living area complete with table and chairs and a kitchen for preparing every meal. A full bathroom with shower box and an anteroom. A lovely front veranda is available to guests, ideal for breakfasts, lunches, and dinners outdoors or for safely entertaining your four-legged friends.
Third unit: the apartment features one air-conditioned double bedroom. A spacious living room at the entrance with a comfortable three-quarter size sofa bed leads into a large dining room with a kitchen equipped with all comforts for meal preparation. A full bathroom with shower box and a cold outdoor shower shared with the adjacent apartment.
Among the many comforts available to guests: air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi, washing machine, barbecue, outdoor bathroom, and free street parking.
Mancaversa is a quiet and charming seaside town in Salento, known for its crystal-clear waters and striking cliffs. Just a few steps from the apartment, you can immerse yourself in the natural beauty of the local beaches, including the famous Spiaggia di Punta Pizzo and the stunning Baia Verde in Gallipoli, both just a short distance away. Nearby you will also find the Regional Natural Park of Punta Pizzo and the Island of Sant’Andrea , ideal for hiking and nature walks.
Note: The cleaning fee includes a set of bed linens and towels, breakfast supplies for the first three days, utility costs, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, check-in/check-out.
