The property is beautiful but I felt expensive compared to other places we stayed in Puglia. Are main issue is that we are still chasing the return of the security deposit, which should have been sent a week ago.

Thank you very much for your 5-star rating and for your kind words about the property. We apologise for the delay in returning the security deposit. We fully understand how important this aspect is to the overall guest experience, and we are sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, a technical issue related to the banking system temporarily delayed the transaction, and this was an entirely exceptional circumstance. We truly appreciate your feedback and are pleased that you enjoyed the property overall. We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you again in the future at another property within our portfolio.
