Villa Kenan is a two-bedroom luxury property locayed at Pyrgos village overlooking the sea, the sunrise and the surrounding landscape. It is equipped with design furnishings and modern home amenities.
The house is a mix of typical Cycladic architectural elements and minimal modern design.
The services offered in this villa are of the highest standards making the property the perfect retreat for couples aiming to quality time in an exclusive environment.

Inside the villa features an open plan living area with a design sofa (that can open into a double bed) and a wooden armchair, a fully equipped kitchenette with a modern kitchen counter, fridge and dining area.
There is a Master bedroom with sea view, queen size bed -with Simmons mattress- and en-suite modern bathroom with shower and bathtub.
Also the second bedroom has queen size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower.

Outside the villa boasts a beautiful sea view and a private infinity pool (8 x 4 meters), heated jacuzzi, lounge area, dining area, sunbeds and outdoors shower.
Facilities of the villa include, wi-fi, AC, safety box, central heating for the winter, smart TV, Bluetooth speakers, jacuzzi bathtub, luxury bath amenities, robes and slippers, pool towels, private parking area.

Rental Rules
Maximum occupancy is 4 adults (plus 2 children in the sofa). Standard rate is for 4 persons. Extra person – child price is 60 euros per person per day.
Minimum stay: 3 nights
Check-in time: 15:00 - Checkout time: 10:00.
A security deposit of 500 euros has to be paid in cash on arrival and it will be returned on departure less any charge in case of damages.
The rates are inclusive of free small manual shift car rental during the whole stay, free round-trip airport transfers, daily full breakfast, concierge services, daily maid service, bellboy.
